It is a bright new year. The holidays are behind us, and we look forward to the promise that lies ahead. At Flexjet, we have worked to operate with prudence and maximum efficiency while we continue to develop innovative new services.

On the following pages, we provide background and details about a host of initiatives – a full suite of options – launched to provide more personal service, more service choices and more effective communication with our owners. We draw much of the insight for these initiatives from our ongoing discussions with owners, both individually and at regular Owner Advisory Board meetings, which we detail here.

CUSTOMER ACCOUNT MAN AGEMENT INITIATIVE
Responding to your suggestions, we are phasing in a new organizational structure that designates a single point of contact for each owner. Once fully implemented, you will have a trusted advisor – supported by a knowledgeable team – to help you manage every aspect of your business with us. That story is here.

ADDING CHARTER TO THE MIX
Over the past year, we have brought our sister company, Skyjet, into the Flexjet fold, with beneficial results across the board. This initiative means we now offer the industry’s broadest spectrum of travel solutions, from charter brokerage to whole aircraft ownership. Details here.

TRAVELING ABROAD
From now on, arranging travel in Europe, the Middle East or Asia Pacific will be as convenient as scheduling a trip in North America. Our new arrangement with VistaJet means you simply call your Flexjet Owner Services team, and we’ll take care of the details. To read about VistaJet’s all-new Bombardier fleet, click here.

SUPPLEMENTAL LIFT
We have launched a new program reaching out to corporate flight departments to offer customized solutions, either as a permanent part of their mix or as a temporary measure while they adjust to the changing aviation landscape. They know they can trust our pledge to be their partner, to provide a seamless solution that meets their exacting standards. Story here.

HELPING OUT HAITI
We think you also will be interested to read, story here, about the vital work Flexjet owner Sandy Tytel is accomplishing through a relatively new organization, Doc to Dock, which delivers life-saving medical supplies and equipment where they are most desperately needed. Recently, Flexjet helped her effort by donating a flight filled with critical supplies to help relieve the suffering in Haiti.

PEAK DAYS, SLOTS AND MORE
There are many more items of interest, including updates on 2010 Peak Days and slots, another installment of Notes from the Cellar and a weekend getaway on St. Martin. An interactive version of this magazine is available online at Flexjet.com, where you can take advantage of easy navigation, links to related items and the ability to forward items to friends and colleagues. We hope you enjoy this latest issue, and please let us know if you have any comments or suggestions.
