On those few days each year when travel requests hit a peak, you can ensure seamless travel arrangements by booking flights two or more days in advance. On Peak Days, we ask simply that you book your flight at least 48 hours prior to 12:01 a.m. on the Peak Day, and allow for a little flexibility on departure time. Although we will do everything possible to match your preferred departure time, on these busy days we may need to accelerate or delay your flight by up to three hours. Also, upgrades, downgrades and multiple use may not be guaranteed on Peak Days.
While there are only a few Peak Days, we designate a significant number of Low-Season Days, when we expect fewer than average travel requests. On those days, you may use your low-season upgrades and downgrades as specified in your contract guidelines. |
