SUMMARY

Bombardier Flexjet is the fractional business jet ownership program of Bombardier Aerospace, a world leader in business aviation. Flexjet offers a turnkey program allowing individuals or companies to purchase a share in a Bombardier business jet at a fraction of the full ownership cost. Flexjet owners purchase shares starting at 1/16, equivalent to 50 hours of flying annually. Flexjet manages all aspects of the aircraft, providing flight crews, training, maintenance, insurance and catering. Flexjet also offers the Flexjet 25 jet card program, operated by Jet Solutions LLC, providing travel-by-the-hour on the Flexjet 25 fleet of Bombardier aircraft.
