SYLVAIN LÉVESQUE
VICE PRESIDENT, MARKETING, CONTRACTS AND ADMINISTRATION, BOMBARDIER FLEXJET

Sylvain Lévesque was named vice president, marketing, contracts and administration for Bombardier Flexjet in 2005, responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies and improving administrative processes. It is a position that uniquely combines his prior professional experiences and track record of leadership and problem-solving at Bombardier Aerospace, along with his strategic consulting background and impressive academic career. At Flexjet, his mandate is to create strategies to accelerate growth and realize the full potential of the Bombardier fractional jet ownership program as a customer-centric organization.

Mr. Lévesque previously held the position of vice president, strategy and business development, Bombardier Aerospace. He joined Bombardier in 1999 as director of strategic planning and the following year was named vice president, strategic planning and Six Sigma, for Bombardier Recreational Products.

Prior to joining Bombardier, Mr. Lévesque worked at McKinsey & Company providing strategic counsel to leading companies in multiple business sectors. He is a graduate of Université de Sherbrooke with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical and aeronautical engineering and earned a master’s degree and a Ph.D. in mechanical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
