  • Flexjet* is part of Bombardier*, a global company with over 100 years of aviation heritage. Bombardier is the world’s largest manufacturer of commercial and business aircraft, the third-largest jet manufacturer overall and the world’s leading manufacturer of railway equipment. In the last 20 years, Bombardier has successfully developed 25 aircraft programs.

    Introduced in 1995, Flexjet is the fractional ownership, jet cards and charter brokerage services division of Bombardier and operates the single largest closed program of Bombardier business aircraft anywhere in the world. Because we are part of Bombardier, all of the aircraft in our closed program are designed, manufactured and maintained by us. Flexjet has developed many industry-first programs and continues to find innovative ways to provide exceptional value to our customers and raise the standards for the industry.

    Originally known as Skyjet, our charter brokerage service was founded in 1997 to provide private jet charter through the use of a network of expertly qualified operators and aircraft. Skyjet was acquired by Bombardier in 2000 to become Bombardier Skyjet and was able to take advantage of synergies within the Bombardier family of companies. Flexjet acquired Bombardier Skyjet in 2010 in order to offer a complete aviation solution ranging from on-demand charter brokerage services to whole aircraft ownership and management.

The Flexjet 25 Jet Card Program is operated under Part 135 by Jet Solutions, LLC, a U.S. air carrier. Flexjet acts as an agent for Jet Solutions, LLC, in connection with the Flexjet 25 Jet Card program. Flexjet acts as an agent for the customer for the Flexjet charter jet card and on-demand charter brokerage programs in arranging transportation operated under Part 135 by U.S. air carriers.
