CLEVELAND, March 21, 2017Flexjet LLC, offering travelers access to the world’s most luxurious fleet of private jets, has received five 2016 American Advertising (ADDY) Awards at the American Advertising Federation (AAF)-Cleveland annual Awards Show. The ADDYs are the advertising industry’s largest and most prestigious competition, honoring creative excellence in the arts of advertising and marketing.

“Within marketing, we always put the business return on investment first. However, we also seek to produce world class marketing creative, and this year’s ADDY Awards – combined with Flexjet’s dynamic business growth – shows that you indeed can do both,” said Christopher Bero, Flexjet Vice President of Global Marketing. “I am thrilled that the members of the Flexjet Global Marketing team have been recognized for their talent and commitment to creative originality and superiority.”

Flexjet does not use an outside advertising agency. Instead, all creative content is developed internally through the Flexjet Global Marketing team, which was established in 2015.

Judges chosen from among accomplished senior advertising professionals select the most creative entries through a rigorous and highly competitive scoring process. Flexjet was honored before Cleveland’s most prominent creative and marketing professionals at the 2016 AAF-Cleveland Awards Show with the following ADDY awards:

  • Gold ADDY in the “Website/Best Microsite” category for their LXi Cabin Collection Microsite
  • Silver ADDY in the “Sales Promotion/Product or Service Promotion” category for their Red Label Libations Menu
  • Silver ADDY in the “Collateral/Brochure” category for their Red Label Look Book
  • Silver ADDY in the “Collateral Material/Special Event Material” category for their 2016 Pebble Beach Invitation
  • Silver ADDY in the “Direct Marketing/Direct Mail” category for their Gulfstream G450 High Impact Direct Mail

“We are proud of Christopher Bero and the Flexjet Global Marketing team, not only for being honored by their peers with these awards but also for the continued creative excellence they produce,” said Flexjet Chief Executive Officer Michael Silvestro. “Our Owners and clients are an exceptionally sophisticated group of men and women who respond to distinction and quality in aesthetics, whether in our marketing and communications or in the design of our aircraft and other aspects of our services. Christopher and his team continue to set the standard for all of us and our industry.”

All of Flexjet’s entries will be reviewed at the district level on March 25 to determine whether they will advance to the national competition, set for June 10 in New Orleans.
