Flexjet today launched a new multichannel brand campaign that highlights Flexjet’s impressive pilots and the extraordinary people that they fly. The television commercials, print and digital ads also nod to one of the benefits of flying with the Red Label by Flexjet program – flight crews dedicated to a single aircraft – which allows the crews and the passengers to get to know one another’s life stories.

Flexjet today congratulated its pilots on successfully decertifying the International Brotherhood of Teamsters (IBT) Local 1108, which previously represented the pilots. This move will give Flexjet’s pilots a direct relationship with the Company, and it will provide Flexjet with a huge competitive advantage in the fractional jet ownership market.
Flexjet announced today a new, nationwide hiring initiative for pilots that will increase its flight crew ranks by 25 percent this year. The company said its flight crew growth, together with a projected 14 percent increase in its fleet, is driven by increased demand, including growth in the premium Red Label by Flexjet service.
Flexjet announced substantial salary increases for Red Label pilots, making them the highest paid in the industry. Increase makes total pilot compensation 25 percent greater than that of competitors.
Flexjet Chairman Kenn Ricci has been named one of Town & Country Magazine’s Top 50 Philanthropists. The honor comes after Ricci created a groundbreaking giving structure called a Philanthropic Succession Partnership to donate $100 million to the University of Notre Dame, the single largest unrestricted, guaranteed gift ever committed to the University.
Flexjet’s new private terminal, maintenance hangar, office space and covered parking garage will stand alongside the TAC Air FBO, retail shops, restaurants, offices, an auto-dealer showroom, entertainment venues and hospitality facilities. Renovations at the historic 1958 Braniff International Airways facility are expected to be completed by summer 2019.
